I ordered a jewelry set. Which consisted of a necklace and earrings. Two different earrings were sent. Which doesn't match. I started contacting them since July. There response in July was:

Hello mam,

"We are extremely Sorry, I checked with my inventory team. It was a mistake on our end. If we have an extra piece available, we'll send it to you. If not, we'll send you a beautiful, high-quality pair of earrings instead. I'm sure you're going to love them!"

Never received the corrected item! It's October now!
