I had a very bad experience with this towing company. After my car slid off the road, I contacted the police, who called this company to assist. My car was not damaged, and the job required only a simple tow from the roadside back onto the road, which took about five minutes. However, the company charged me an outrageous $475 for this minimal service.

When I requested that they tow my car home, they refused and became aggressive about demanding payment. The driver was unprofessional, showed no empathy, and pressured me to pay on the spot. This was an extremely stressful situation, and I felt completely taken advantage of.

I later found out that many other people have left negative reviews about this company, citing similar unethical overcharging practices. This appears to be a pattern of predatory pricing and taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations.

I strongly believe this business should be investigated for unfair pricing, unethical practices, and potential fraud. I want to warn others to avoid them and prevent more people from falling victim to these unfair charges.
