Matt pretended to have a delay in materials necessary to ship back in April and has ignored every attempt at communication since then (it is now the end of May). After reviewing other accounts of interactions with the company online, I realized that they made a similar excuse last growing season to avoid furnishing paid orders. If you’re in a similar situation, I recommend looking into getting a refund from your bank. Not a reputable business. Avoid if you don’t want to waste your money.

I ordered pepper plants from the website . The peppers didn't arrive When I emailed about the delivery i got a long email about how the tariffs have affected the order of plants. I have since emailed numerous times requesting a refund but have got no response back
