The cuss at you and hang up

They call literally non stop. They call my family constantly . They threated me with a lawsuit in October 2023 for a loan They won't send information to me about this supposed debt that isn't mine. I don't pick up the phone anymore it's a waste of time. They are not licensed according to BBB. They have called family members like 10 times and FDCPA says they can only call once and they left VM with threats on my family's phones . Totally illegal. Their website is a freaking joke . How they spell Google and Levi's? Come one .. what legitimate company would do such a thing . They also refuse to provide physical address. Michael mathews and accciates is under alert with BBB and is 1 mile from the post office mathews and accciates uses . 99% sure it's the same [censored] trying to keep on trucking along breaking the law and ripping people off

I have received voicemails from (NAME) over the past six months. The voicemail says "This message is intended for (NAME2). This is (NAME) calling regarding a file assigned to our office attached to your name and social security number. Prior to respond, can result in decisions being made against you without your knowledge. Contact our office today at 800-324-5095." This caller has been calling me from numerous different numbers- 804-286-8513 and 804-506-8368. When I actually answer the phone, I ask what is the company that the debt is coming from and they say 911 payday advance. They then say that they cannot give me the companies actually name because it falls under a huge umbrella of different loan companies. I did fall for the first caller back in March because I felt like they were going to take me to court. I have filed a claim with Capital One to dispute the charges now they I continue to receive calls. I told Mathews and Associates that I have already paid another claim against me in March and they said there is another claim in their office but cannot give me anymore details. When I made the payments back in march, the law firm said I would receive documents in the mail that this case has been resolved but I never received any paperwork. This (NAME) person has called my mom, brother, dad, and sister-in-law looking for me. This is embarrassing and ridiculous and I want the calls the stop. Like I said above, I filled a claim with my bank on Friday, 6/14 to dispute the charges.

They are totally abusive .. they can legally only contact family 1 time and can't leave the robo message they have been leaving with family . Pretty sure claims can be brought against them
