I ordered one of the overalls through FB. It took several weeks to arrive and then was poor quality both fabric and design. I tried to return it and got an email saying I could keep it and choose another size for 9.95. I asked to return for refund and I was informed that it would cost $30-40 since the warehouse is in China or they would just refund 10% of the price to my original payment method. My statement showed a charge called Whop from Frankfort GA??? Do not buy from this company!

Have not received what I order and every time I try to track it, it takes me to a black screen that says "This site can't provide a secure connection"

Marysusansavannah.com sent an invalid response. Before I could track it but have not been able to see it since.

There is no phone number to reach out to.

The ordered items took a very long time to arrive. The quality is terrible and not as advertised on website. The fabric is cheap in both texture and print quality. The return policy states full refund when returned, but the return address is in China and the sender pays for shipping. Instructions are to label the return package as worth less than $10 to avoid customs but their value is supposed to be $250. They make clear that if the items are not received the refund won’t be issued. They offered a 10% refund and to keep the items, which is not what their website says. It says return for full refund. The company advertises as being a small US retailer started by two widows. False advertising and cheap products sold for premium pricing.

I ordered from their website thinking it is beautiful and made of cotton. When I received the order it was made of cheap material and too big. I emailed them to return the items and they offered me all kinds of excuses. So my only hope to get my money back is to go through the credit card company.

Ordered 2 blouses & 1 dress from what portrayed itself to be a boutique in GA run by 2 widows. When items were received nearly 3 weeks later, the quality was terrible. I requested a refund via email. Each time I was emailed back, I was given different excuse why I couldn't get a refund. Their only warehouse is in China, the items were on clearance, the shipping charges would be in excess of $50. They offered a 25% refund but now I'm concerned they have my Mother's credit card info. Total scam!

- Zanesville, OH, USA • Jul 20, 2026

My order took more than three weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, the quality was extremely poor. The return policy makes matters even worse: you must pay to ship the item back to China (they estimate cost at $30-40), declare its value as less than $10 to avoid customs delays, and complete the entire process within 30 days.

Their alternative is a mere 10% refund while you keep a product you do not want and cannot use. This is not reasonable customer service—it is a sham of a business. Buyer beware!

I ordered womens clothing from this website that claims to be an American owned small company by two women. When I received the merchandise the quality was not at all as it was described on the website. I tried to contact the company for a return. The website said 100% money back guarantee if returned within 30 days with the company providing you with a return package slip. I received an email from the company stating they would offer me 10% refund. When I told them that was unacceptable they emailed back and said since they are located in China it would cost me $30-$40 to send the items back. So they felt a 10% refund was acceptable!!

I purchased an outfit received it and contacted company to let them know it was not of good quality they advertise 30 day returns - so I ask for information to return the outfit they said I needed to pay 40 dollars to have it returned

While the website appears legitimate and based in the US, the shipping comes out of China. Tracking this order showed three different shipping numbers, each one becoming increasingly more difficult to truly track. When I initially inquired about cancelling this order and having it refunded, I used their "form" I receive prompt responses, but no other information. I have daily sought out to receive return information and have been ignored. Bad on me for not researching this further before purchase, however, with the number of complaints I've seen I'm surprised they haven't been shut down.

I purchased 2 dresses and a top from Mary & Susan Savannah and became weary when shipping wasn't clear. I kept emailing about my order and I instantly could tell by their replies that they weren't legit. The tracking doesn't move and they reply to my questions with the exact same thing "don't worry". I have had this happen in the past with same words. I don't believe they are American at all. This scamming is happening way too much these days and they need to be punished.

- Modesto, CA, USA • Jul 16, 2026

I believed what this business said online that they were in the US, and went ahead and purchased online based on this. I did not do my due diligence in researching outside reviews and agencies about their track record. On their website pages they state very clearly 30-day peace of mind return policy if your piece does not feel right or defective. When I received the items it was very poor quality, and absolutely no tags on the garments. Cheaply made with cheap fabric. When I emailed the [email protected] I did receive a reply a few hours later telling me I had bought a clearance item and they would only refund 10% of my purchase. Nowhere did it state my purchase was a final sale. I am still trying to process a return but I know I probably lost my money. I hope they don't scam for more since they got my debit/credit card. I knew as soon as I saw no tags on the 2 garments I'd been scammed.

1 of 4 items not received. Items are very poor quality and do not match the photos, ie, overall-style straps with adjustable slides in the photos, buttons and button holes for real. Size and length inconsistency within same size and style. Very flimsy fabrics.

- San Francisco, CA, USA • Jul 14, 2026

Online website claims to be two older women making clothes as a hobby. Actually they are selling cheap, factory made clothes from abroad that do not match the online website. They claim to offer 30 day guarantee and when I received the bad product, they refused return. It is a scam.

- Philadelphia, PA, USA • Jul 13, 2026

Purchased two items from this website which were much too large and far worse quality than expected. When attempting to return, my email was met with questioning and then further response regarding the cost to return of $30-40 to cover shipping back to China where they operate their warehouse and factory to keep emissions low and honor their “ecological values”. As if knowing I would be dissatisfied with the return fee, they offered only 10% credit back to original method of payment to avoid further emissions shipping the product. They claim to operate out of Savannah, GA by two elderly women, which is certainly not the case.

- North Tonawanda, NY, USA • Jul 13, 2026

Ordered 3 blouses on line. They don’t fit. Emailed them for mailing address for return and it’s in China. Postage to return $25-35. They offered to give me 20% refund and keep items. Now they’ve ghosted me when I asked for their corporate address to file ScamPulse.com complaint.

- Dunnsville, VA, USA • Jul 12, 2026

I ordered a shirt from this "company" that created the illusion they are located in Savannah, GA. When my package arrived, from China, the shirt I received looked nothing like the one pictured on the company's website and the quality was very, very poor. I immediately requested a refund, via email, and was told I would have to pay for return shipping to China. I was offered 10% of my purchase price to keep the shirt and "gift it to a friend". I said that was unacceptable and I was then offered 20%. I declined that offer, as well, and was offered 30%. I asked for the address of the "warehouse" in China and it was provided to me. It would cost me about $20+ to ship the shirt back. This website needs to be shut down.
