My husband placed order with SP Marvenne, they communicated almost daily, how to take care of the product and where they were with making the product. After initial purchase they charged our card $35 twice and Zoe got back to us to say the charge was a mistake and she would reverse both charges and that it would take one month. We have disputed all three charges with our credit card
