This fooled me. Same as above for us. Advertisement for the res 2004 Tacoma truck. Said she was in th Air Force. A Sergeant and very busy. Received her email, then received one from eBay and an invoice with instructions on how to pay. I've never purchased from eBay before. It seemed very legit. We followed thru, called the number to get a delivery date and now they won't reply. I've been blocked. Shame these people to hell for being theifs

Just reported this scammer. Sounds like its real. She said she is in army, very busy woman...busy for scamming people. Just worried she got all my information. Thank God I looked up in google to search this name Maria Burke and its already a lot of complains using same wordings in first and second email.

She is a very good scammer. She use exact words in her 1st email and 2nd email. It got me suspicious when she ask me to pay first to Ebay 1500K. I called even ebay and they said they are only doing what they told them to do. I called them again to let them know that they involved with these kind of job and they curse so much.
Hopefully these scammers will stop. Glad I found out in google that this is scammer

This person is definitely a scammer! From what I've read here, they are still using the same info since 2016 about the truck and have only changed the email address slightly. I am in Galveston, TX area, and found this ad 5/13/20. When I contacted them about the truck, I got the same email back, very vague with the promise of sincerely being genuine.
I had inquired about the location of vehicle in my first contact but did not get it until the 2nd email came with more promises of being real. When I read about the free shipping and then the 3rd party handling the payment and paperwork, I googled her name and found this page! Confirmation of my suspicions.

Same emails as all the others from her nreference to the same truck, 2004 Toyota Tacoma truck. I didn't give my info out..instead I asked if she would pay to ship it & I'd pay 4 it then & I would pay her a xtra $500...2nd option was my buddy could pick it up if she would contact ebay & release it...no contact back from her.

Received a reply from this person with EXACTLY the same wording about EBAY handling the sale and transportation of the truck. So apparently this BS has been going around for some time. A friend had a similar encounter in buying an enclosed trailer out on the west coast. Same sort of scam.
