I ordered two dresses that when they finally arrived, were not what the description was of them, and they did not fit. Store website said "Money back guarantee" but when I immediately tried to return was not offered the guaranteed full refund but a percentage of my total amount and keep the dresses. Upon persistence, was told I could send them back to a Chinese address and "if approved" might receive money back. Was offered store credit and they did not want to get the dresses back (cheaply made and flimsy fabric as well as very small top and HUGE bottom part). Could not speak to anyone and obviously AI. I accepted my loss and took the store credit and cancelled the card used for the purchase.

Item received was not correct in size or style, contacted several times, kept offering me 20 percent to keep the dress or 50 percent off another, to return item to China would cost between $37.00 and $56.00

This website posed as a mother-daughter boutique located in Greenville, South Carolina. In fact, the company is in China. The scam is that the merchandise delivered is of poor quality, not anything like what is presented on the website. The material and stitching of the garment is subpar, and lacks the details pictured and described. It is not worth the amount of money paid! In order to obtain a refund, the buyer must ship the item to the company’s address in China at his or her expense.
