I was texting Florence UTA to obtain a maltese puppy. I sent her the initial $400 down payment and $200 delivery fee. On 5/8/25 and the cargo company asked for $700 to cover delivery (which I paid) and another $1000 for insurance that would be refunded when I get my puppy. This is vwhen I became suspicious. I complained that these hidden fees were never discussed and I want my money returned. I was threatened by the cargo company if I did not pay the $1000 that they will sue me.
