I paid for an ATV part through Venmo. The seller then had a shipping company allege they needed $200 more to insure the part. I made several attempts to explain that I did not feel comfortable sending more money as the shipping company was very shady. I asked several times to have part shipped through safer means (USPS or UPS) and the seller refused. I then asked for a refund several times and the seller refused. I never received the part and the seller refuses to refund the $120.
