They misrepresented their location as Canada, along with the quality of product. The returns process was not as outlined on their website or order confirmation.

I did an online search of the company before purchasing and reviews came back positive. I now believe they were fake reviews.

I wish to ensure other people do not make the same mistake and that online reviews can be properly found.
