Basically the same story as many others apparently, but I did receive product (2 items), although NOT as advertised. I was charged for 3 instead of 2 initially, and then another charge for 3 again.

The items received were not only nothing like advertised, the size was incredibly incorrect. Requested a return and full refund. Was offered a partial refund and finally accepted the 50% refund only to never receive said refund.

On June 4th 2026 I purchased 2 bras from magicswear.com. After the purchase I realized I had been charged $14.73 per bra for shipping which I did not agree to. I immediately requested a refund. I was told my refund had been processed for both transactions. That was 18 days ago and after many requests to them via email I still haven’t received my refund of $44.36. I am going to contact my bank tomorrow requesting a chargeback to get my money back. They have been completely dishonest. I hope me posting what happened with this experience keeps others from going through such a very frustrating ordeal as I have had to.

I ordered this product thinking it was a great price at nine dollars took a screenshot once I purchased it and then another screenshot showing the extra charges that they were not upfront about. I reached out to the company and they just gave me some lame excuses on why it was more. I get the product today and it does not fit. I ordered an extra large and this will not even go around my thigh. There was also some fraudulent charges right after this purchase that my credit card company flagged and canceled my card so even if I want to refund, I can’t get it through the company because my card is gone.

I simply ordered 2 bras from a site. I still have not received the products I paid $35.00 for… I never agreed to a membership for a subscription because all I wanted to do was try the bras and they haven’t take accountability. They also charged my card with a different “business name and description” taking my hard earned money.
