I ordered a custom wedding necklace. She said she was going to show it to me along the way & send updates. Never did. Got close to my wedding so I reached out and she said she was sending it out in a couple days. Never did. Reached out again, never replied. Again, she said she’d send it out next day. Never did. 6 days before my wedding now and she refuses to communicate and never sent it out. Only then responded once I filed a claim through PayPal. Then she requested that I cancel the claim AND then she would send the necklace out.. which is what a scam artist does.
