I was contacted about a remote position I applied for through the website Beebe to work for Luxoft. I received an email to do a teams interview with a Richard Anderson. After many job related questions he asked if I wanted to be paid by check or direct deposit and asked for the name of my bank in the same paragraph. I then said I would like to be paid by check so my bank is not necessary. He pushed for the info so I lied and gave a different bank. Then he offered me the job but said he needed to verify my info. I told him I would like to do it via email and he told me to reply to the one that was sent to me which is a gmail account not a business account. I have attached the email I received along with the teams interview.

Luxoft hr manager asked for apple card gift $500 for install equipment and Luxoft kept asked me for another $500 on apple card gift. Then Luxoft stopped to talk with me on TEAM chat when I asked them to cancel and refund me.
