Purchased a pair of shoes online. My tracking information was never updated beyond “label created” and tracking has stayed at their warehouse (in China) for over a month. Every time I email, they say the tracking is just a glitch and I will get it soon. It looks like an AI email response. I tried asking for a refund and they wouldn’t do it. Website says 4-10 day shipping and it’s been over 30 days and my item hasn’t left the warehouse
