They made 2 charges ($32.48 and $32.98) on 2 separate days (2/9/26 and 2/16/26). I had tried to order something on 2/9/26 from Buyepoch for $23.39. That charge never showed, but I received my order. These 2 charges from Luvisionai were the only charges not accounted for, but neither matched my order. I tried calling the number on their “Contact Us” page on the internet, but shockingly, I was never able to get anyone to pick up my call. Also I noticed that ‘Luvisionai is supposed to be in NY, NY but the number is in MI. I called my credit card company, but since I said that I had made an order, they would investigate but it wouldn’t be labeled as fraud. It will take up to 2 months for the investigation.
