Lunacub-US is a fraudulent website targeting people with personalized gift options. This order in particular was a Father's day gift with pictures. No response from website after reaching out many times. Item was delivered to Alabama. Complete scam with numerous complaints now.

My item was marked delivered to Alabama and I live in Canada. Once I discovered the mistake I emailed to get a refund and I have been not heard back a single word from the company.

Purchased a custom Father’s Day tshirt with a photo printed on it from LunaCub, received tracking but the package was delivered to the wrong address in a completely different state. Attempts to reach out to the customer service email have been unsuccessful.

I purchased what was supposed to be a Father's Day lego cube featuring pictures of my family from a website called "LunaCub-US," which was advertised to me through Instagram. The order supposedly shipped and delivered to Elberta, AL. I do not live in AL. I attempted to contact the company twice (though they only offer an email address, no phone number). No response. I then searched Reddit and found a whole thread of people reporting the same scam :-( All of our orders were supposedly "delivered," but to places we don't live... And no one recieved their Father's Day gifts.

Found company through an Instagram account. Ordered a product for a Father’s Day and got a tracking number. The product stated it was delivered to a different city from where I lived. I contacted the delivery courier and they said the same tracking number was used for multiple shipments. I contacted the company 3 times and have yet to get a reply back.

I went to their website to order a Father’s Day gift shirt and they gave me a tracker for a package that was then delivered to a different state and I have tried to contact them multiple times about a refund or a possible replacement and they have never responded. They charged my account but they never sent me anything. The shipping company told me that they checked with the recipient and it was for a different package the tracking number and not mine.

This website looks like a business in Fl selling personalized clothing and objects. I ordered a custom photo cube that shipped from China and was marked as delivered to a completely different address in Canada. No response to my inquiries about a refund or replacement.

Website was advertised on TikTok and elsewhere. Product was labeled as shipped but sent to an address in Elberta, AL. Not the correct shipping address. Reached out to company and received no response. Multiple reviews say they experienced the same thing with package being sent to same Elberta, AL address.
