I made a purchase (WTP 40oz Tumbler With Handle LNTH x 1), and the funds were charged to my debit account on Tuesday, February 3rd, in the amount of $50.90. As of February 9th, the shipping status was "It's on the way." It is now April 18th and I checked the site again and it's saying the tracking number isn't found or it's invalid. They sent me an email with that exact tracking number on February 26th. On March 18th, I emailed them again and asked that the order be cancelled and that my money be refunded and they have not done that so far. I just saw on their website that orders are only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified. There's nothing that talks about refunds due to non-shipment. There is no address or contact phone number for customer service.

Ordered a cup from LuminiOutfit.com, got tracking information then no updates were available. They responded to my first email to [email protected] asking about the order and NOTHING. I lost $60.00 on this order through shop app.
