I ordered the product on 7/3/26. The advertisement stated the product was made in the USA. But, it is shipped from China. I never received the product and the tracking number they provided was not linked to my address. The company keeps saying that the package was delivered to my doorstep and that I should contact the postal service. The postal service provided me with a copy of the label that clearly shows the tracking number that they provided and the address that is not mine. Although I provided them with this proof they continue to repeat we can't do anything because the package was delivered and to contact the post office.
