Lulivra advertised Bogg Bags and accessories through the TikTok shop. I never received the items and they responded with fake tracking and customer service information. They also used the email address [email protected].

The Lulivra Company states name brand items that will be delivered in 2-3 business days. However, the items never show up. Additionally, when asking for a refund the initial email states they will give you 20% back. When you refuse they will offer you 50% back. When you refuse, they offer 70% back. When you refuse, they will agree to 100% refunded to the original method of payment in 25 days. Again, I have not received the items or the refund. An order was placed on June 9th and I am still dealing with it today (July 13th). Total scam.
