Looking for affordable dog crates on Facebook marketplace and Luis K9 offered me 2 gunner crates for 600$, we agreed on the price and shipping mode (we had agreed to UPS, he did not use UPS and instead gave me a tracking number for the crates, upon the shipping company (the 'company' is called goshipzy contacting me via text (rather unprofessionally) about an insurance payment for the dog crates to be even delivered, they wanted to pay an additional 499$ to resolve the insurance fee that Luis K9 never informed me of.
