He billed himself as a mobile mechanic. He offered to come to my house and fix my battery problem. He said he needed $50 for a pull up call. I didn't know any different so I sent it. He then said he was 20 minutes away. About 5 minutes later he messaged and asked if I had lubricant. I said no and he replied it would be $22 from his supplier. I told him I only had $6 left in my account and he said that was ok. So I waited for him. When I messaged him, the message didn't go through and come to find out he had blocked me. Never heard from him again. I paid him through chime as Luis Andrade.
