I purchased the Cheyla Raffia Heels (Order Total: $84.96 paid with ZIP) based on the photos and description displayed on the merchant's website. The item I received was not the product that I ordered and was significantly different from the shoes advertised. This was not a minor variation in color or appearance; it was a completely different shoe. After contacting the merchant, I requested a full refund because the product received did not match the item sold. The merchant refused to provide a full refund and instead offered only a 25% refund. I do not consider this an acceptable resolution because I did not receive the product that I paid for. I have retained screenshots of the advertised product, photos of the item received, my order confirmation, and correspondence with the merchant. I am requesting a full refund of $84.96.
