I purchased 3 items of clothing from the website of what appeared to be a mother and daughter owned boutique in Casper, Wy. What I received were ill fitting items made from cheap material, similar to what is used in Halloween costumes. When I attempted to return, I learned this company is actually located in China. They told me to keep my items and continued offering me percentage refunds when I requested a return address. UPS quoted me over $200 in mailing charges for the address they finally provided.

Please note, this company uses multiple domain names, Lucy and Claire, Lucy and Clara, Lucy and Clare.

The proprietor said they were a mother/daughter shop Charleston. The photo of the dress that I ordered was very different than the one that arrived. It was shipped from China, through 5215 S. Boyle Avenue; Vernon, California. There was no label in the garment and what was supposed to be a small was easily a large. When I tried to return it, the proprietor asked for a photo of the dress I ordered and also the dress I received. After I did that they then began offering less than full refund without returning the item or a percentage of my expense as a store credit. This went back and forth for several iterations until Wang finally said that international rates for returns was pretty high and offered me a smaller percentage of the price I paid. When I told them I wanted full refund, Wang then sent me instructions for returning, with a return address to
