Online image was vastly different from the item received. Would never have ordered if the garment was represented accurately. When we reached out to the company for a refund per the website guidance, they offered another free garment for a $20 shipping fee (which would've equaled $70 in total for two low quality garments) ... then they responded that we could keep the item and receive a 20% reimbursement. When that was declined, a 30% reimbursement was offered. This is a bait and switch where even in the scenario of us keeping the garment with a 30% refund, they still come out ahead with a 70% payment of a substandard item. I can share the emails with the company and a photo of the item received if that would be helpful.
