I used this site a few times my boyfriend and I thought it was pretty cool that we could win sweeps coins online which I had won once but just 50 and he had won once for 100 and we played a few times after. One day I used my card to purchase some sweeps coins and lost them all just like every other time I had played their games and I noticed the next day they had taken a second payment for the amount I had put on there but that second purchase wasn't in my luckyland account so I contacted them to ask them what happened and y they charged me a second time. They deactivated my luckyland account and told me they were send my complaint to the resolution center. I finally got an email back today basically telling me they didn't know what I was talking about and there wasn't any evidence suggesting there wasn't a purchase and they don't give refunds. And of course I now can't access it to prove there wasn't a purchase because they deactivated my account and that isn't a refund because I didn't purchase anything for that amount. But that's not the only thing wrong with this site. My boyfriend won 200 sweeps coins and put in for his redemption and 2 weeks later after so many emails to them wondering where his redemption was they had deactivated his luckyland account this morning with still no response from them. So in other words they may let u redeem once and then let you continue to poor your money in thinking you might get lucky but no you won't and if you do they will deactivate your account. The first redemption is just to make you think you might be able to win something just so you will continue to give them your money. It really is nothing but a scam. Please warn everyone do not use this site all you will be doing is giving your money away.
