I ordered a iRosesilk Pro X Wireless Car Play device and received a SSD, (solid state drive) device. They ignored my first two emails, then claimed i waited too long to contact them for a refund or replacement. They refuse to acknowledge the error and PayPal said I received my package, no refund! Stay away from this company.

Product ordered and never deliverd

Ordered product and they never sent it. They sent a tracking number showing it had been delivered to Los Angeles International Airport and has not moved out of the airport for two weeks. They refused to refund the money. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. They are a scam.

I had found this neat website through facebook that was selling items for 'cheap'. Love living Chic. Bought myself an item in early December and the payment went through PayPal under 'Storm Media Limited' ([email protected]). Didn't think much of it at the time.

Christmas came and went, and I started to wonder just how much longer I'd have to wait for my purchase. Upon looking through my email for purchase confirmation and shipping emails.. I found that nothing was even sent to me. I dug a bit deeper, checking out this storm media group and came to find many others have been scammed out of their money, from not just this website, but hears before something was going on.

Currently I'm disputing or claiming whatever its called through PayPal to try and get my money back. Only after I sent the dispute did they send me an invalid tracking number, probably just to say they sent it to me an their 'policy' states no refunds. I'm glad I didn't spend too much money because I'm probably not getting it back. I only hope this will prevent others from falling into the same scheme.

They attempt to keep you thinking your product will arrive by asking for your patience but it is a complete scam. They are fraudulent and will not ship anything to you. They sell multiple products via social media links and online via their website www.lovelivingchic.com but they won't send them and they will take your money. Stay away!
