It has been two months and I still have yet to receive my "Off-Campus inspired" jelly-cat plush. I never received an accurate shipping number, as the one I did have led me to a sketchy website that just had pop up after pop up. Customer support won't do anything but tell me it's on its way, they also refused a dispute refund with my bank, and the phone number doesn't work either. The sketchy tracking website also sometimes worked when opened on a computer but then mostly was in another language. The most recent time I looked at it, it said my package was lost and was unable to be returned to sender so was being held at a USPS facility, however I didn't have a USPS tracking number so I am unable to even do anything with that. Also note that I paid extra for shipping protection.
