After receiving the item and finding it not as decribed in terms of quality, thickness and absorbency I looked up the returns section and my email was responded to this way:
30-Day Return Policy
Our commitment to satisfaction allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can not open the item without destroying the type of original
plastic packaging and no invoice slip was included therefore disqualifying any returns. From the beginning they are false advertising.
