I received a new delivery date for Dec 19th, that came and went with no container. I attempted to contact the company thru the end of the year without success. On Jan 6th I got in contact with a sympathetic individual who said he's sorry it wasn't delivered and that we need to redo the payment, it didn't go thru on his end. He refunded the original payment and offered a 30% discount for the inconvenience. We made several attempts to redo the payment and at the end he wanted me to use family and friends thru PayPal, which I did but used a credit card, not a bank account. I disputed the first charge and got my money back.
He continued to drag things out past the deadline I gave him for delivery. He then promised overnight delivery the day before the deadline. In the morning
of course no delivery, and when I called to ask why, he said "oh the 30% discount no longer applies because of the overnight delivery". Long story short he continued to string me along, and wouldn't give me an appointment to look at the container. There were addresses posted in the tracking to places called "the container store", but it had nothing to do with shipping container, rather storage and material handling. I finally called his bluff and told him straight up that he's a crook, and stealing from people, and he had nothing to say and hung up.
