Charged $60 for falsely advertised hair styler

i ordered the product thinking it was a 5 in 1 hair styler AS IT WAS ADVERTISED, and then found out i had to purchase 3 of the 5 hair tools. i immediately tried to cancel and get a refund and they refused. so i returned the product, all while trying to continue to charge me $35 everyday for 8 days. they said i had to cancel my "membership" - something i never even signed up for. they finally stopped trying to charge me bc i cancelled that card on shopify. this was may 30th, 2026 and i am still emailing them TO THIS DAY to get my $60 back.

Lora Hair New York falsely advertises and charges without authorization

This company is falsely advertising. They offer a product, a complete set of hair dryer for $49.99 and later they charge your credit card without authorization for another $39.99 for a tool that suppose was included in the original price. Customer support is a joke. Misleading advertising, unauthorized charges and terrible customer services. I searched this company's reviews and a lot of people complain about this scam.

Lora Hair New York refuses refund after return

I ordered merchandise from Lora Hair. After 2 days requested return information. Their website clearly states full refunds if done before 30 days. They wanted pictures. I submitted pictures. Everything in the box exactly how I received it. I shipped it back (I paid for return) $28.00 FedEx. Then they wanted proof I returned it. I sent them the proof. They have had my money and their merchandise for a month. Then they stopped responding to my emails. Now they keep making excuses one after another saying they are still reviewing my refund. This is since May. They have my money and their merchandise.
