Type of a scam: Debt Collections

No existence of this "business"

Got a text from their automated service. They gave me a case number and my father's name. I'm no contact with him and he doesn't have my number. Extremely shady. Texted me from one number and referred me to another. I called both numbers and they lead back to the same call center. Please beware it's a "debt collection" company. My father has went bankrupt a few times and they're using public records to find victims.

Lawsuit Allegations

They called and texted family members saying I was being served by the local courts. Saying I owed debt. Straight slander. Referenced a fake case number. When I called they said someone was out to serve me and I had till end of day to decide whether to go to court threatening high fees or settle outside of court. Had my social security number and referenced a bankruptcy from 13 years ago saying this debt was not included on it. Which was a lie. Would not send me the claim but wanted me to make a decision.

Texted saying a lawsuit is in progress

During the call they wouldn’t give important information about the lawsuit as well as their business so that is needed to make a proper decision wether they are legitimate or scamming. They were rude and called my family a “crack head” among other very crude things they said. This company is also on other websites as Scammers. The information on those websites describes the same experience as well as the same phone number and the same Victoria Green. Stay safe !!!

Same as 1st review. They called saying my mother was being sued for a hospital visit her insurance did not cover. Said she could settle for an amount and pay over the phone. Would not give business address, very rude on the phone, very ghetto on the phone. Kept cutting me off and talking over me (typical). The county the lawsuit was supposedly taking place in did not exist. Name that was givin was Melanie Davis. Probably fake but that's what she said. Phone number was 877-750-4966. Said Amherst,NY

Called stating I was being sued for a DR visit in 2012. Called the hospital they stated it was from who verified Idid not visit in 2012. When asked the rep that called about the lawsuit what company he was with and where they were located he became angry and told me stoo asking questions and save them for court. Stated I could pay them over the phone to avoid court or there would be papers served to me by the end of the day.
