To Whom It May Concern:

I am contacting you because I am out of the country. I signed up for the Lollapalooza waitlist. and I did not receive an email to cancel myself on the waitlist. Now, my account has been debited without my approval or consent. I am not even able to go to the festival nor do I plan to go. I would like a refund on my money. Who can I speak to about this?
