Facebook market place purchase, multiple changes and after I sent payment they asked for more for additional shipping

next day I was emailed a tracking number for my package but they wanted an additional $225 for insurance

when I asked for verifiable information they got upset

when I said they are not registered in any state they said they had other customers to help and hung up
