Was late by 20 minutes to a time they told me. I did not tell them that it was an emergency but they charged me $99 for an emergency call. They charged $202 for a locked out of car and it was $99 for a guy who was on his phone the whole time. I wanted at least the 2 $99 back. They overcharged for something that could have been done in 2 minutes but the guy took 10 minutes and could not open it on the first tool so he had to get another one.
