Scammer sending me a text regarding a loan I never requested. Body of the text as follows:

“ Hi *******. Let me know if you no longer need $50,000, otherwise have a few minutes now to discuss?

You can also call at (844) 699-3623 to connect with us.”

I have received the below voicemail several times. I called the 855 number back and asked to be added to their "do not call list", yet they continue to call back daily.

"Hello, this is robert calling from personal loan processing. I'm the senior underwriter working on your file and I just wanted to follow up about your pending $58,000 approval. Uh, from what I can see everything looks good, uh we're basically down to confirming your preferred terms before I can send the paperwork over. uh, if you're still interested in moving forward press 2 now to talk with me or someone on my team. Or you can give us a call back at 855 909 0590. We've tried reaching out a few times already so if you're no longer interested in funding press seven and we'll get that closed out for you."

I was sent a loan application then a loan agreement witch i have a.copy of i have never had credit so I didn’t lnow that the fees we always apart of the loan i paid a wirr fee and a document fee and they are still calling tring to get me to pay 350 for some thing but i was trying to aply for a card or a lian a few places but i seen were i got truned down becase some were for some one putting in fir a bunch of loans and target sent me a emdil saying i added a new # witch I didn’t so i stoped and told them to stop my accy

They called and said i was approved for a loan for 2,000 dollars when i kept asking questions they kept saying they have been in business for 18 years and then hung up called me from a different number and different person answer they asked for my social security my banking username and password and a picture of my id and then they hung up called from a different number with a different person when i started addressing their red flags like him wanting me to go to the walmart or cvs to scan a bar code he was raising his voice getting mad saying i am not trying to scam you i am trying to help you get your loan.

I was contacted by someone who stated they worked for US Cash Advance and that I was approved for a loan of $3000. I received an email with documentation of the loan. A gentleman named Keven kept calling me, stating that the full amount would be deposited into my account the next day. This went on for a couple of days. Then I went to my account and there were multiple mobile deposits with my name on the checks that wasnt from me. Now my account is 10,500 in the negative because the checks were all fraudulent, and no one will answer the phone

Received a call from a supposed lender offering to lend me $5000 which I was only trying to get $3000.I am in the negative in my bank account so to put me in good standing, they sent $991 to be deposited in my account via check and I am supposed to return that and then receive the 5000.The check is from a non existent company in Louisville ky and they couldn't even spell Louisville right.The supposed company is Girlling Healthcare.i looked it up and it does not exist.I sent a message to my bank to not deposit that check and informed them that it is fake.they made the check out to me and then wrote my name on the back of the check for deposit only.

I received a call that I was approved for a $3,000 loan from US Cash Advance. The I received a email with a document stating my approval and that the loan would be deposited into my account. They had made multiple deposits by forging my signature on mobile deposits. The checks ended up being a scam and now my account is negative $10,500

Keep getting texts that say things like:

Numerous calls and messages from various people regarding a loan I’ve never applied for “Hi, this is Janet with Lending Unions West, and today is Tuesday, August 12th. We've been trying to reach you over the past few days. We just need to touch base with you before moving forward. Everything's nearly approved and ready. We only have a couple of quick items to confirm, mainly income-related details, which you can also take care of online through the loan portal”.

They sent this text yesterday:

Hi, Alexis here from CNFI USA. I am following up on your personal loan request for $40,000. I wanted to connect you with our loan officer regarding your approval & next steps. Txt END to opt out. Otherwise, do you have few minutes now to talk?

If you no longer need the $40,000 just let me know.

When I did not answer, they sent this follow up today:

Hi, I don't want to bother you. This is CNFI USA reaching out again to review options regarding your personal loan for $40,000. I just need a few minutes. Do you have time now for a quick call? If you no longer need the $40,000 let me know. I appreciate it.
