They charged me an additional $1020 (on top of the agreed upon total) for travel time to move my belongings. We live far away from a big city. They did not tell us they were booking movers from three hours away (6-hours of travel in total). If we had known we definitely would not have used their service. The travel fee in the original agreement was $25. They said nothing about the additional travel expense. They tacked that amount on at the very end and the movers would not unload our belongings until we paid the full amount.
