Purchased a product via instagram. The picture shown on the website wasn’t what I received. Contacted the company via email and instagram to no avail about a full refund. The company continues to try and take money from my account but I have blocked them and keep the account locked. They refused to refund me or contact me for an explanation as to why they sent me the cheap product that they sent.
