He said his name was Mark Goldberg and that I had won 950 thousand dollars and I had not responded by mail and I told him I had been sick and not opened alot of my mail. So he told me I had to call Frank Nelson to reactivate it I kept asking him if it was a scam . He even had the nerve to bring God into this saying God work's in mysterious ways. I feel like a fool he told me he had to call Lloyds of london and of course he called back the next day to say I had to pay a 1% fee to insure the check they were awarding me .I told him I didn't have that kind of money so he said ok well I will call and cancel the award. I said no give me the number and I will call . So he told me to talk to Andy Bauer at Lloyds of London I asked for the adress . He gave me 22w 54th street ny ny 10019 phone number 212 931 7140. I don't understand how they can get away with impersonating Federal agents. They really are hurting alot of elderly, disabled people.
