Ordered 2 Keychains - Never Received Order

Ordered on 12/10, website claims that tracking information will be sent out in a few business days - never received anything. Emailed the company multiple times, the company has avoided my emails. Received one response from "Dan" who told me on 12/27 that he'd check with the fulfillment department, and I've still received no response since then by 01/10. Website claims they are based in New Jersey, but I was unable to find any further information about the company beyond their website. Have threatened to report them to BBB as they are stealing money from consumers.

Contacted company about my order. Received email with tracking number stating order was in transit. Email said no information on tracking number. Checked tracking a couple days later and shipment had been cancelled. Company has avoided emails about my order, all ignored. Never received information about my order being cancelled, nor a refund. Website states that they are a New Jersey based company, but tracking number states they are out of China. No info on phone number or address.
