Order never received and refund not processed after months
April 2026: I was provided tracking number C2S890452248CN, which shows the package was delivered on April 26, 2026. I never received the package.
Since April 2026: I have contacted your company numerous times by email because you do not provide a customer service telephone number.
I was initially told that my order would be reshipped, but no replacement was ever sent.
I was then advised that a full refund had been approved and would be processed. Despite multiple assurances, I have never received the refund.
Since then, I have received the same generic response stating that refunds take 15–25 business days, even though far more than that amount of time has passed.
After months of attempting to resolve this matter in good faith, I still have neither the merchandise I purchased nor the refund that was repeatedly promised.
