Attempted to purchase a pair of woman's blue jeans. They took almost a month to come. They were 4-5 inches too long, an ugly color & texture. Seller has a 45 day return policy. Ignored my requests to return item for several weeks, then asked for: Order#, Tracking#, Screenshots of Shipping Label, Size Tag inside garment & shot of garment itself. Then, held me off, saying they are too busy over weekends. Three weekends went by. Finally, offered me a number of lame options, one being mail the item to Viet Nam at my expense! Outrageous!
