I ordered several bottles of premium bourbon from this company. They delivered a good portion of the order in three different shipments; however, the most expensive part of the order never shipped (2 bottles of 10 yr old rip van winkle at $750.00 at bottle). It has now been more than 2 months and it has not shipped. I have tried to contact them through the email they provided, but it comes back undeliverable. I have tried to call them but you just get an automated message saying they are closed and providing the hours they are open. I call during the hours they are open and I get the same message. I have tried their chat function on the website but nobody replies. I checked their instagram page and see a lot of comments on their posts with people complaining about being scammed by this company.

I have looked on a website that had rare bottles of liquor. I was then reached out after filling out information via text message from a person on the site that then said the product was available and they went on the site to make the purchase I paid for tracking information in the product never showed up then they called me back and asked me if I’d like to buy two other rare bottles and I told him I’m not purchasing anything else until I get the first bottles then they can’t then sending me text messages saying the shipment got delayed to get sent to the wrong address and it was been going on for weeks and weeks and weeks. Finally I told them that I’m putting in a claim against them on the credit card company and a filing with a Better Business Bureau when I called them, the gentleman then immediately hung up the phone and started texting me ?? that there’s nothing I could do.

Ordered four bottles of bourbon from this online liquor store. Did not receive two of the rarer bottles, (Weller 12-year and Eagle Rare 10-year). Numerous attempts to contact the company have failed. No one answers email questions or telephone inquires.

I had ordered some crown royal blackberry and they say 3-5 day shipping and it’s been almost a month I got the confirmation but never a shipping order I’ve sent several complaints through the website service request they have but they’ve never answered me and every time I call straight to voicemail straight up took my money then never gave me anything in return they need to be shut down do not use this website.

My father ordered two bottles of bourbon from this site. Never received any information after besides a confirmation it was purchased. I reached out via email and was told it would be shipped monday 12/11 and no shipping information was sent or received. I then same day sent a chat and was told it will be shipped 12/9 and once again no shipping information received. When you try to call the number they have on the site it goes straight to voicemail. There are many other reviews stating people have been scammed out of money. Do not I repeat do not use this website. They need to be shut down! Filed a dispute with his card company to get our money back but it’s absolutely a shame that this site is still up and people are falling for it and buying products from them when nothing gets sent
