Ordered four bottles of bourbon from this online liquor store. Did not receive two of the rarer bottles, (Weller 12-year and Eagle Rare 10-year). Numerous attempts to contact the company have failed. No one answers email questions or telephone inquires.

I had ordered some crown royal blackberry and they say 3-5 day shipping and it’s been almost a month I got the confirmation but never a shipping order I’ve sent several complaints through the website service request they have but they’ve never answered me and every time I call straight to voicemail straight up took my money then never gave me anything in return they need to be shut down do not use this website.

My father ordered two bottles of bourbon from this site. Never received any information after besides a confirmation it was purchased. I reached out via email and was told it would be shipped monday 12/11 and no shipping information was sent or received. I then same day sent a chat and was told it will be shipped 12/9 and once again no shipping information received. When you try to call the number they have on the site it goes straight to voicemail. There are many other reviews stating people have been scammed out of money. Do not I repeat do not use this website. They need to be shut down! Filed a dispute with his card company to get our money back but it’s absolutely a shame that this site is still up and people are falling for it and buying products from them when nothing gets sent
