I was shopping around for a pallet and came across this web site, after finding a couple pallets i liked I reached out to the company. I talked to a guy named Mathew Douglas who assured me they were a legitimate company and we were guaranteed to get the best quality for the best prices. He mention they have a first time buyer deal that if we agree to purchase over $1,000 in pallets we could pay the shipping cost upfront if we didn’t feel comfortable paying the total cost upfront and we could pay the rest on delivery. We paid for a 24hr shipping which was $200. Well after contacting him via the phone number I provided. He said it was a hold on it, when I asked about the receipt and delivery time. He mentioned I would get it just be patient and then hung up on me and blocked my number. They have a what’s app on the site so I tried to reach him there only to be blocked on there too.
