I made a purchase Aug 19 & received my confirmation email. Since then I have not heard anything from them. They took down their instagram page. They do not respond to emails or texts.

I purchased two products from this fake company on July 19th, 2024. Since I didn't receive shipping information, on July 25th I contacted the Lipcrackk organization about my order. They responded July 25th showing me that they received my order but, it was unfulfilled. Then on July 28th, they claimed that they were shipping my order. A week goes by and I contact them but they did not respond. I continued to contact them and they were unresponsive. They finally contacted me once I wrote SCAM all over their instagram page and refuse to provide me a refund on the product that they did not send.
