This person or entity was using the ZOHO FORMS system to misrepresent themselves and scam people out of money using scare tactics of legal ramifications. They already scammed me out of $283.00 as a law firm performing collection and legal notifications. Offering one time payment options and other settlement offers. I contacted ZOHO FORMS support and reported phishing. ZOHO removed the form/site.

the emails i received were clever but never gave me real specifics and they used a gmail address when a law firm would have their own domain address. I caught several paragraph and grammar mistakes which is what made me take another look.

Received this piece of mail at our home we purchased six months ago with our new address and my maiden name. I have looked back on my KS Turnpike activity and the dates provided on the back of the paper with the list of charges do not match up. I google searched the firm’s phone number to verify legitimacy and it confirmed this was a scam. I had also pulled up the website to attempt to pay the “unpaid fees” and the website did not appear to be legit.
