I purchased lipgloss from the site. There was an error in my purchase, they stated there's nothing they could do even though I contacted them 2 mins after the purchase was made. Then I received an email of an invoice for a purchase of $119.96 that I didn't not place myself or authorize for it to be placed back in July. I contacted letting them know. They stated they would get to the bottom of it which they never did and now today I see another charge of $29.95 that I haven't authorized.

So I ordered some lip gloss from this company and it took a little over 3 weeks before I heard anything. It seems like every time I checked the location of my order it stated it was in transition. I then reached out to the company via email because they have no number listed, and they tell me, I can see it's out for delivery just be patient. Later on that night around 9pm I noticed the order is now marked as delivered so I go check my mailbox, noticed nothing is at my door, checked my neighbors homes just in case it was delivered to the wrong place. After doing all of this I reach back out and since then I continue to get a generic "we're sorry someone will be in touch with you soon" email. Not only did they steal my money, I'm sure they're stealing plenty others money and probably personal information as well.

I seen add on FB made order paid 71.75 never received package then was charged again 30 dollers and no package. Contacted them just to get the same AI messages. It will only let me add one.

Initially I ordered 4 lip glosses from them almost a month ago and have not received them. I started emailing them bc I was tracking my package and then all of a sudden I couldn’t track it. So today 8/16 they took money from my Cash App without consent. I looked them up on Facebook and I see they are scammers.

Thank you for coming back to me so clearly — I completely understand, and I'm sorry this has dragged on longer than it should have.

I can see your order #LV56855 here on my side. It has the four Brightening Lip Serums on it — Peach Rose Fresh, Fine Wine, Pink Berry Fresh and Cherry Red Fresh — and it hasn't shipped out yet. For the second order you mentioned, the number didn't come through on my end in a way I can match to an account, so could you send it to me exactly as it appears in your order confirmation email? That way I'm looking at the right record and nothing gets missed.

I've flagged your refund request for review on your account and I'm staying on it personally. I won't give you a promise I can't keep on the outcome, but you won't have to chase me for it.

As soon as I have that second order number, I'll pull both records together and come back to you here.

So I wanted to try this new lip gloss by limuva. My original purchase was $19.90, that’s it. But when you get to the end of the checkout, it tells you that your purchase is not complete to press this green button. I definitely was not trying to purchase anything extra, I emailed them right away to let them know what was going on, and they kept insisting on giving me a discount. All I wanted was my original purchase. They said something about a subscription, I was not trying to purchase no subscription. So, the first person told me that the order would be cancelled, and someone else would contact me for that part. Well, thei person contacted saying the order had already shipped, but I haven’t received any shipping info, and it’s no way they shipped it that fast. They just sent shipping info this morning. After the first person said it would be cancelled. I have all the emails, and I also contacted my credit card company.
