Searched websites for alternative prices, found this one for $215 put in my credit card information and then I had called to let them know I did not receive my confirmation E ticket.

The man on phone told me this is a promotional fare and there was no carry-on or check bags on this flight and if I wanted the same flight same day it would be $579. and I told him no I wanted a refund and he said you can't have a refund.

I called my credit card immediately. They said there's nothing pending as of yet but when I see something from this website to call back and I will dispute it, but this is such a scam.
