I purchased four pieces of clothing. Wanted to ship them all back. A rather impossible task. They create so many steps, starting with sending them an email simply to tell them you want to return the items.

Then they respond with what items do you want to return. And the piece meal exchange continues. They drag out the process so that you potentially miss the 30 day window for the return. I must have had ten email exchanges with them. I filed with my credit card who stopped payment. But sadly that company will still get their money. It is a scam.

I ordered a dress and blouse on July 12, 2026. Money was taken out of my bank account for payment and they never sent a confirmation email that it is shipped. No products and the emails have disappeared from my email account that confirmed the order. No record.

On 5/2/26 I purchased 4 dresses totaling $131.96. I have tried to contact lilywish to inquire where they are at [email protected] but it just keeps taking me back to their website. I paid for the dresses using a credit card. The order number is LWH15783. I either want the items or a refund. Is there any chance this site can help with this?
