Website was used to purchase an outfit and the product did not match what was advertised. Have sent 9 emails trying to return the product for a refund to no avail. Can send images of website and product received as well as email correspondence.

I placed an order for clothing with LikeMyChoice.com in November 2025 and again December 2025. I ordered 6 items of clothing in the first order and 4 items in the second order. They have ONLY shipped me 3 items from the first order and 2 items from the second order. I have waited FIVE MONTHS for these items I paid in ful. I have emailed the company at [email protected] over 20 different times asking for my missing items to ship and all they say is that my order is “still processing”. Yet these items are STILL on their website as items than are in stock. There is NO REASON for my order to be delayed like this. I paid with a credit card and they also refuse to give me a refund on the items that not shipped. This is FRAUD

They sent me a totally different product than what I ordered and refused to refund me. This is what they said specifically:

I understand that you are unhappy with your recent purchase and would like to return it. However, please note that our overseas warehouse is currently under maintenance, which means that return shipping costs are quite expensive. To return the item to China, you will need to pay approximately $30 and it will take 20-25 days to arrive. I understand that this may not be entirely satisfactory to you, and I want to help you resolve the issue. As a gesture of goodwill, I can offer compensation for your inconvenience. If you agree with my offer or have any additional suggestions, please let me know. I am here to help you and want to make sure you are satisfied with your experience.
